This little black cat perches regally on a black filigree headband. A super cute accessory for the Halloween season, or for anytime you're feeling sassy.
Instructions

  1. Place a dab of E6000 glue onto the back side of a lucite oval black cat cameo and press it into a bright silver tone oval bezel cup. Allow glue to set for a few minutes.
  2. Then place a dab of E6000 onto the back side of the bezel cup, just in the center, and press it onto the center of the filigree on a black headband with filigree.
  3. Allow glue to dry for 24 hours before wearing.
